In sole practice with The Gardiner Law Firm, his areas of practice include trademarks and copyrights, as well as general business and real estate law. He serves as a pro tem Judge and Ex parte Commissioner. He is in his eleventh year as an elected Commissioner of the Northshore Utility District.

Jennifer Willner is a member of Halvorson Saunders & Willner, PLLC, and manages the firm’s offices in Bellingham, Washington. The firm focuses its practice on representing employers in the entire range of labor and employment law matters. Jennifer’s law practice emphasizes assisting and representing employers in administrative proceedings conducted by federal and state agencies. She is actively involved in activities at the Washington State Bar Association, including serving as past Chair of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. Locally, Jennifer served two years as an elected officer of the Whatcom County Bar Association. Jennifer received her B.A. from Reed College and her J.D. cum laude from Seattle University School of Law.
